I ordered from Heaven Mayhem and the refund process was frustrating. I was checking all the time and it felt like nothing was happening for days. Maybe their products are good, I don’t know, but waiting that long to get my money back was really annoying for me.

The exchange was just such a hassle. I expected it to be simple, but it ended up taking way more time and effort than it should have.

I had an issue with my order, but they did end up fixing it after a few emails back and forth. It took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but overall they handled it okay and got things sorted.

I ordered from heavenmayhem.com because the pieces looked really cute online and had that trendy, clean-girl vibe. When they showed up, I did like the look at first, but it felt like stuff I’ve already seen all over TikTok and Pinterest.

After wearing them a couple times, the excitement wore off fast. It kind of has that “works when it wants” feeling where some outfits look cute with it, and other times it just feels like it’s trying too hard or doesn’t hold up as something special.

If you’re into super current pieces, you might like it, but for me it gave fast trend vibes more than something timeless. I don’t really see myself reaching for it much, and I probably wouldn’t buy again

The box arrived badly crushed, so yeah, not a great first impression. I know companies always say stuff like “packed with care,” but this definitely didn’t feel like that. The item was still there, but the packaging made me question how seriously they handle shipping.

i really wanted to like Heaven Mayhem because the jewelry looks so cute online. but the whole experience was underwhelming for me. shipping took longer than i expected, and i didn’t really get updates unless i went looking for them myself. when my order finally arrived, the quality was just okay for the price. not awful, but not something that made me want to order again right away. customer service was also slow to respond, so yeah, it’s a 2-star experience for me.

I feel like expecting the finish to last longer isn’t asking for much, especially for the price. Definitely wouldn’t buy again

The weird part is, even though it looks nice, it almost feels a little too minimal at times. Like I was browsing and thinking, okay, this is pretty, but it doesn’t really have much warmth or personality. Overall it’s a nice-looking site, just not one that really sticks with me
